摘  要:研究了锌氨配合体系电积锌新工艺。考察了温度、电流密度对电积过程的影响 ,以及电解废液中最低锌浓度对电流效率的影响。试验结果表明 ,温度和电流密度对槽电压影响较大 ,而对电流效率几乎没有影响 ;电解废液中最低锌离子浓度只要不低于 10 0 g/L ,电流效率仍大于 90 %。在最佳电积条件下 ,槽电压为 2 94V ,电流效率为 96 35 %,生产每吨电锌耗氨 0 2 0 6t,耗电 2 5 0 2kWh。该法槽电压低 ,电流效率高 ,能耗低 ,电解废液中锌浓度低 ,电锌纯度高。A new process for electrowinning zinc in system of Zn(Ⅱ)NH 3NH 4ClH 2O is introduced. The effects of temperature and current density on electrolysis process,and the effect of minimum content of Zn 2+ on current efficiency are examined.The experiment results show that the effects of temperature and current density on cell voltage are obvious,but on current efficiency are not.Only concentrate of Zn 2+ is no less than 10.0g/L,the current efficiency is more than 90%.Under optimum conditions,the cell voltage is 2.94V,the current efficiency is 96.35%,the ammonia consumption is 0.206t and energy consumption is 2 502kWh when 1t electrolyzing zinc is produced.The method has high current efficiency,low energy consumption,low content of Zn 2+ in electrolyte after electrowinning and high-pure production can be acquired.
