摘　　要：[目的 ]研究伞形梅笠草的化学成分 .[方法 ]用硅胶柱层析法分离纯化 ,用光谱法进行结构鉴定 .[结果 ]从乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分得 3个化合物 ,分别鉴定为高熊果甙、金丝桃甙和肾叶鹿蹄草甙 .[结论 ]伞形梅笠草含高熊果甙、金丝桃甙、肾叶鹿蹄草甙 .OBJECTIVE?To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Chimaphila umbellate . ? METHODS ? The isolation and purification was performed by silica gel column chromatography and the structures were identified by spectral analysis. ?RESULTS? Three compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanol extract of the leaves as the hormoarbutin, hyperin and renifolin. ?CONCLUSION? The hormoarbutin, hyperin and renifolin are first isolated from the Chimaphila umbellate L. Barton .
