摘　　要：目的调查上海市区成人糖尿病患病率。方法上海市区 ３０岁以上 ９ ３７６人，馒头餐后２小时指尖血糖≥６．７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ者作ＯＧＴＴ，并测量身高、体重、腰围与臀围。结果９３７６人中按ＷＨＯ诊断标准，糖尿病与ＩＧＴ患病率分别为４．１６％和４．２６％；按ＡＤＡ诊断标准，糖尿病患病率为４．７６％。从糖尿病与ＩＧＴ患病率中可见：在４０岁以上者随年龄增长而增高；ＢＭＩ≥２５者高于ＢＭＩ〈２５者；男性ＷＨＲ高于女性。结论上海市区成人糖尿病与 ＩＧＴ患病率近年来显著增加。流行病学调查中糖尿病的诊断标准采用 ＦＰＧ≤７． ０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ是适当的， ２ｈＰＧ≥ １１． １ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ亦应同时作为诊断标准。Objective To survey the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in adults of urban inhabitants of Shanghai. Methods Of 9376 adults aged 30 years and over, 1137 whose capillary blood glucose concentrations≥6. 7mmol/L 2 hours after 100g steam-bread meal underwent to OGTT and measurement of height.body weight and WHR. WHO (1985) standard was used as diagnostic criteria, the results were compared with those diagnosed with ADA (1997) criteria. Results According to WHO criteria,the prevalence rates of DM was 4. 16 %,and the prevalence rate of IGT was 4. 26%. But according to ADA(1997) criteria, the prevalence rate of DM was 4. 76%. The prevalence rate of DM and IGT were significantly increased with increasing age in those aged over 40. The prevalence rates of DM and IGT were much higher in patients with BMI≥25 than in those with BMI<25. There was a tendency of increasing WHR from those subjects with normal glycemia to IGT and diabetes group, and the WHR of male patients with diabetes and IGT were much higher than those of the female. Conclusions The prevalence rates of DM and IGT has been significantly in. creasing in urbanite adults of Shanghai in recent years. FPG≥7. 0mmol/L and 2hPG≥11. lmmol/L should be used simultaneously as diagnostic criteria of DM in the epidemiological study.
