摘　　要：目的研究类胰蛋白酶与慢性荨麻疹发病的关系。　方法采用PharmaciaUnicap - 10 0系统酶免疫荧光检测仪 ,分别对 2 5例慢性荨麻疹患者和 2 9例正常人作类胰蛋白酶检测。　结果慢性荨麻疹患者组类胰蛋白酶阳性率为 72 .0 % ,正常对照组阳性率为 10 .3% ,两组比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。　结论类胰蛋白酶可作为慢性荨麻疹发病过程中肥大细胞激活的一个标示物 。Objective To study the relationship between tryptase and the mechanism of chronic urticaria. Methods Using the Pharmacia Unicap-100 system FEIA, tryptase was detected in 25 cases of chronic urticaria and 29 normal controls. Results The positive rate of tryptase in chronic urticaria was 72% and in normal controls was 10.34%. In comparison with these two groups, there was significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion The activation of mast cells in chronic urticaria is very important.Tryptase may be a symbol of the activation of mast cells in chronic urticaria and may be related with late-phase of I type sensitivity.
