黛力新合并雌激素对女性更年期综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三氟噻吨、四甲蒽丙胺复合制剂 (黛力新 )治疗女性更年期综合征方面疗效。　方法 6 0例女性更年期综合征患者随机分为二组 ,黛力新合并雌激素治疗的 30例为治疗组 ,单用雌激素治疗的 30例作为对照组 ,分析二组患者临床症状的改善情况。　结果治疗组总体有效率 90 % ,对照组 6 3% (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组中失眠多梦、心悸、焦虑—抑郁的疗效明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,感觉障碍方面疗效也高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但改善潮热出汗方面二组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。　结论黛力新合并雌激素对女性更年期综合征具有明显改善临床症状的功效。Objective To study the clinical effect of hormone replacement treatment (HRT) associated with flupentixol melitracen (deanxit) of the female climacteric syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with female climacteric syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. Compare the amelioration of clinical symptoms in the therapeutic group (treated by nilestriol associated with deanxit) with the control group (treated by nilestiol only). Results There was a 90% efficiency rate in the therapeutic group and 63% in the control group (P< 0.05 ). Significant amelioration of most symptoms (agrypnia, palpitation, anxiety and depression) was observed in the therapeutic group in comparing with the control group (P<0.01). Sensory disability is better improved in the therapeutic group (P< 0.05 ), but in regard to hectic fever and hidrosis no significant difference could be observed between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion HRT associated with deanxit may have better clinical effect in female patients with climacteric syndrome.
