摘　　要：对当前视频压缩差错恢复和可靠视频解码（Ｒｏｂｕｓｔ　ｖｉｄｅｏ　ｃｏｄｉｎｇ）算法进持了较为详细地介绍和讨论，包括：差错检测和重同步、差错纠正、差错掩盖（Ｃｏｎｃｅａｌｍｅｎｔ）以及基于反馈的差错控制。其中许多技术已被 ＩＳＯ ＭＰＥＧ－４（ｖｅｒ２）和 ＩＴＵ－Ｔ Ｈ．２６３＋标准所采用。In this paper,we provide an overview of recent techniques of error resilient and robust video coding algorithms for mobile communication.there techniques include error detection and resynchronization,error correction,error concealment ,and feedback-based error control.Many of them have been incorporated into the ISO(MPEG-4)and ITU-T H.263.+standards.
