摘　　要：在比较常用于过程描述的模型工具基础上，将扩展Ｐｅｔｒｉ网理论引入经营过程重构（ＢＰＲ）。提出了用 Ｐｅｔｒｉ网对动态、并行的产品开发过程进行描述，并细化建立产品零件设计与工艺设计过程Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型，使产品开发过程在 Ｐｅｔｒｉ网上得到了清晰、全面地描述。The expanded Petri net theory has been introduced into the domain of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) on the basis of comparing with some model tools often using in process description.A new way by using Petri net to describe the dynamic and intercurrent process of the product development process is put forward and build the model of the design and process planning of parts.And it is clear and full-scale description using Petri net.
