通脉胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察通脉胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病 (简称冠心病 )心绞痛疗效。方法　治疗组 4 0例服用通脉胶囊 ,每次 4粒 ,每日 3次 ,饭后口服 ;对照组 39例予消心痛口服 ,每次 10mg ,每日 3次。 2组均 1个月为 1个疗程 ,3个疗程后评定疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率为87.5 % ,对照组为 6 4 .1% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组心电图总有效率为 77.5 % ,对照组为 4 8.8% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongmai capsule on angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods Forty patients in treatment group were treated with Tongmai capsule,four pills each time,three times per day, administered orally after meal;thirty nine patients in control group were administered orally with isosorbide dinitrate,10 mg each time and three times per day, with a treatment course of one month in both groups, therapeutic effect was evaluated after three courses. Results The total efficiency rate was 87.5% in treatment group and 64.1% in control group, there wassignificant difference between two groups (P<0.05); the total efficiency rate of ECG was significantly higher in treatment group (77.5%) compared with that in control group(48.8%,P<0.05). Conclusion Tongmai capsule has notable therapeutic effect on angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
