摘  要:利用肺组织切片与醛固酮 (Aldosterone ,ALD)共同孵育 ,观察ALD不同孵育浓度及孵育时间对3H 脯氨酸 (3H proline)掺入量的影响 ,并观察正常及纤维化肺组织3H proline掺入量的差别。对正常大鼠肺组织 ,无ALD时 ,3H proline掺入量在 4h至 8h范围内无明显变化 ;3H proline掺入量与ALD呈剂量和时间依赖性增加关系。纤维化组动物肺组织3H proline掺入量较正常组增加 ,而ALD孵育使3H proline掺入量进一步增加 ,且 2周纤维化组3H proline掺入量的增加程度最大。ALD能促进肺组织胶原合成 ,并且肺纤维化大鼠肺组织对ALD的反应性增加 。Using co incubation of lung tissue slices with aldosterone(ALD), the effects of ALD on the incorporation of 3H proline into lung tissues were observed for different incubating time and doses, meanwhile, the incorporation difference among control and fibrotic lung tissues was compared. As for normal rat lung tissue, there was no change of the 3H proline incorporation among 4h and 8h periods when without ALD co incubation; while ALD co incubation increased the 3H proline incorporation in a time and dose dependent manner. The incorporation of 3H proline into lung tissues in fibrosis groups was higher than that in control. While ALD co incubation increased the incorporation further, which was the most obvious in two week fibrosis group. ALD increased the collagen synthesis of rat lung tissue. Also, the reactive sensitivity to ALD was increased in lung tissues of fibrotic rats. ALD might contribute to the accumulation of collagen in pulmonary fibrosis.
