肾炎灵颗粒剂与其他雷公藤制剂的临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的 :不同雷公藤制剂治疗慢性肾小球的临床比较研究。方法 :将作者自主开发研究的肾炎灵颗粒剂、肾炎灵合剂Ⅱ号与临床常用的雷公藤制剂雷公藤片和雷公藤多苷片在治疗慢性肾小球肾炎方面的临床疗效和毒副作用进行比较分析。结果 :肾炎灵颗粒剂与上述三类制剂临床总有效率相近 ,虽然作用的起效时间略迟于单一雷公藤制剂 ,但能全面纠正机体蛋白质代谢、脂质代谢 ,对主要症状的改善作用明显 ,复发率最低 ,仅为 15 .4 %。结论 :肾炎灵颗粒剂是作用最佳的雷公藤制剂。Objective:To carry out a clinical comparative studies on treating chronic glomerulonephritis (CG) with different Triptergium wilfordii preparation.Methods:The clinical efficacy, toxicity and side-effect of Shenyamling Granulas, Shenyanling Mixture Ⅱ and commonly used Tablet Triptergium wilfordii, Tablet GTW on CG were investigated and analyzed statistically.Results:The total effective rate of Shenyanling Gralulas was similar to other three medicines although the action time was delayed to single Triptergium wilfoedii preparaion. Shenyanling Granulas could balanced protein and lipid metabolism and improved main symptoms markedly. The recurrence rate is lowest, only 15.4%.Conclusions:It was indicated that Shenyanling Granulas is one of the most effective Triptergium wilfordii preparations.
