摘　　要：目的　用近红外漫反射光谱法对部分羊蹄类生药进行鉴别 ,为生药鉴定提供一种新的方法和手段。方法　采用聚类分析和判别分析方法进行定性鉴别。结果　可以有效地对部分羊蹄类生药进行鉴别 ,所得分类结果与传统植物分类学结果基本一致。Object To establish a new method for the identification of Yangti (Chinese herb from Rumex L., Polygonaceae) by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry. Methods Cluster analysis and discriminative analysis were adopted for their identification. Results The method can identify crude Yangti to a certain degree with results coincident with that of the traditional phytotoxnomy. Conclusion This method can be used for the rapid and accurate differentiation of crude drug of Rumex L..
