摘 要:采用差示紫外分光光度法测定了尿中诺氟沙星的排泄率。尿样分别用HCl(0 0 2mol/L)和NaOH(0 0 2mol/L)稀释成相同浓度 ,以前者为样品液 ,以后者为参比液 ,在波长 2 85nm测定吸收度差值 (ΔA) ,回归方程为ΔA =0 0 4 47C +0 0 80 8(r =0 9971 ) ,诺氟沙星尿药浓度在 2~1 2 μg/mL呈线性 ,平均回收率为 97 6% (RSD =4 7% ,n =6) ,日内RSD小于 1 9% (n =6) ,日间RSD小于 4 2 % (n =6)。 4例受试者的尿药排泄率为 3 0 4 9%~ 3 1 96%A difference spectrophotometry for determination of norfloxacin in urine was developed. Two solutions with the same concentrations were added to 0 02 mol/L HCl and 0 02 mol/L NaOH separately ,the former was used as the sample and the latter as the reference for determination of Δ A value. The wavelength of maximum absorption was 285 nm.The calibration curve of norfloxacin was linear in the range of 2~12 μg/mL ( r =0 997 1),the average recovery of norfloxacin was 97 6%(RSD=4 7%, n =6).The day to day and within day relative standard deviations were less than 1 9% ( n =6)and 4 2%( n =6) respectively. The excretion rate of the norfloxacin in urine for four healthy men was 30 49%~31 96%.
