摘 要:目的:观察γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA )对室旁核神经元 (PVN)放电活动的影响 ,并探讨其作用机理。 方法 :用玻璃微电极细胞外记录了 GABA对 6 0个大鼠脑薄片 111个室旁核神经元 (PVN)放电活动的影响。结果:GA-BA可以使 98个 PVN中的 73%放电频率明显减少甚至停止 ,具有浓度依赖性 ,此反应可以部分被 GABAA 受体的竞争性拮抗剂荷包牡丹碱所拮抗。另外 GABAB受体的选择性激动剂苯氯丁氨酸也可明显抑制 PVN的放电活动。结论:GABA对室旁核神经元的放电活动具有明显的抑制作用 ,是通过 GABAA 和objective: Experiments were performed to investigate the effects of GABA on paraventricular neurons from hypothalamic slices and to elucidate the mechanism in vitro. Method: The spontaneous discharges of 111 paraventricular neurons from 60 hypothalamic slices were recorded by glass microelectrode. Results: During the perfusion of GABA (10 -3 mol/L), the discharge rats of 73% out of 98 paraventricular neurons were significantly decreased, even ceased with a shot latency. The GABA induced response, which was concentration dependent, could be partially blocked by the Bic. Baclofen can also inhibit the spontaneous discharges of the PVN. Conclusion: These results suggest that GABA can inhibit obviously the burst activities on PVN neurons and this inhibition is mediated by GABA\-A and can GABA\-B receptor, the GABA\-A and GABA\-B receptor co exist on the same PVN neuron.
