一种豆科药材提取物的光敏化作用初步研究

摘　　要：①目的　探讨一种豆科中药材 ( 8918A60 )的光敏化作用。②方法　以高压氙灯光照系统为激发光源 ,以移植性肿瘤小鼠为动物模型 ,通过对艾氏腹水癌 (EAC)细胞的体外光动力实验 ,观察 8918A60的光敏化作用 ,并检测其激发光谱。③结果　该提取物在 5 0 4nm处有明显的激发峰 ,它对EAC细胞有明显的光动力灭活作用 ,当8918A60体积分数为 0 .5 0时 ,EAC细胞死亡率达 84 .4 5 % ,与空白对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 ( χ2 =63 9.8,P <0 .0 0 1)。④结论　Objective\ To study the photosensitizing ef fe ct of an extraction named 8918A60 from a Chinese medicinal herb belongs to Legu minosales.\ Methods\ High pressure xenon lamp was used as the light source. Th e in vitro photodynamic action on tumor cells of EAC and photosensitization of 8918A60 were observed on the transplanted tumor model in rats. The spectrum of simultaneous scanning fluorescence of 8918A60 was detected. \ Results\ 8918A60 showed significant photodynamic action toward EAC tumor cells and there was an excitation peak at 504nm wavelength . The death ra te of tumor cells was 84.45% when the volume grade of 8918A60 was 0.50( χ 2 = 639.8 ,P <0.001). \ Conclusion\ 8918A60 is an effective photosensitizer extracted fro m one of the Chinese medicinal herbs.
