SY及S-100蛋白对肠神经发育不良症诊断的价值

摘　　要：①目的　探讨SY ,S 1 0 0蛋白对肠神经发育不良症 (IND)的诊断价值。②方法　对 4 5例慢性肠梗阻病儿结肠根治手术标本进行SY ,S 1 0 0蛋白免疫组织化学观察。③结果　 1 6例IND病儿肠黏膜下神经丛过度增生并有巨神经节 ,其中 1 4例有异位神经节 ,1 0例固有层和黏膜肌的染色增强 ,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性 (P =0 .0 0 0～0 .0 0 2 )。④结论　SY ,S 1 0 0蛋白免疫组化可清晰显示肠壁神经丛发育 。Objective\ To observe the histopathological f eatures of intestinal neuroal dysplasia(IND) by immunohistochemistry for SY, S 100 ,and investigate its value in the diagnosis of IND. \ Methods\ Specimens from 45 patients with chronic intestinal obstru ction after pull though operation were examined for SY, S 100 by immunohist ochemistry. \ Results\ 16 patients with IND appeared excessive proliferation an d giant ganglia in both the submucous and myenteric plexus , 14 ectopic ganglion cells, and the activity in lamina propria and muscular mucosae were seen incr eased in 10 patients. There were significantly different as compared with the co ntrol group ( P =0.000- 0.002 ).\ Conclusion\ The nerve plexus can be well seen by immunohistochemi stry for SY, S 100, which is reliable in the diagnosis for IND.
