非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移置术病人肾功能的变化

摘　　要：①目的　评价不停搏冠状动脉旁路移置术对肾功能的影响。②方法　选择冠状动脉旁路移置术病人 58例 ,随机分为常规体外循环组 (停搏组 ,n =2 8)和非体外循环不停搏组 (不停搏组 ,n =30 ) ,动态监测两组病人围术期内生肌酐清除率、微量清蛋白含量和N 乙酰基 β 葡萄糖胺酶的活性。 ③结果　不停搏组与停搏组内生肌酐清除率、微量清蛋白 /肌酐比率、N 乙酰基 β 葡萄糖胺酶活性均有明显变化 ,差异均有显著意义 (t =2 .0 1～ 3.6 0 ,P <0 .0 5,0 .0 1 )。Objective\ To evaluate the influence of ren al function for patients undergoing off pump coronary artery bypass grafting.\ Methods\ 58 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting we re randomly divided into on pump group( n =28) and off pump group( n =30) . A dynamic detection was done, perioperatively, for creatinine clearance ,micro albumin and N acetyl β glucosaminidase activity. \ Results\ The changes of creatinine clearance and urine microalbumi n/creatinine ratio and N acetyl β glucosaminidase activity between the two g roups were obvious. The difference was significant( t=2.01-3.60, P <0.05, 0.0 1). Conclusion\ These results suggest that off pump coronary revas cularization offered a better renal protection as compared with the conventional one.
