摘　　要：基于对聚苯乙烯的发泡与成型设备结构功能、工艺的分析,提出了一个发泡、成型工艺条件的优化生产模型,并对其影响因素和发泡倍率估计计算进行了探讨。Based on the analysis of the equipment structure function of polystyrene foaming and molding as well as the technology, an optimum productive model of foaming, molding, process is put forward, and the influencing factors and the approximately calculation of foaming rate are discussed.
