摘 要:介绍渗透蒸发分离醋酸 /水体系的研究现状及应用前景 ,对目前分离醋酸 /水体系的透酸膜和透水膜的性能进行较全面的归纳 ,阐述渗透蒸发分离醋酸 /水过程的理论研究状况及存在的问题。指出膜的制备是当前首要的研究课题之一 ,必须开发新的膜材料并对现有膜材料进行改性 ;溶解 扩散理论存在相当的局限性 。The prospect and the presentation of separation of acetic acid-water system by pervaporation are reviewed. The characters of both water selective membrane and acid selective membrane used for separating acetic acid-water are summarized in detail. At the same time, the current situation of theoretical study on process of separating acetic acid-water by pervaporation and existing problems are introduced. It is pointed out that the primary study should focus on the preparation of suitable membranes at present. In order to meet the requirements of membrane preparation, new membrane materials must be developed or the present materials for membrane must be modified. Solution diffusion theory has some limitation in explaining experimental phenomena. The introduction of quantum theory and molecular dynamics theory will promote the simulation study of pervaporation process.
