摘  要:介绍了甘油锌配合物的合成方法,研究了影响产物合成的主要因素,测试了产品的红外光谱、物化性能及光稳定作用。结果表明:在甘油与氧化锌质量比为7∶1,260℃及0.5gZA作用下反应1.5h得到的甘油锌不仅光稳定性能好,而且无毒、不着色。The synthetic method of zinc glycerolate complex (Glyzinc), a novel type of light stabilizer in PVC ,was introduced. Using glycerolate and zinc oxide as raw materials, the main factors affecting the synthesis of Glyzinc were investigated. Its IR spectrum and zinc content were examined. The light stabilization of the products in PVC was tested . The results showed that, using glycerolate/zinc oxide 7/1 as raw materials and 0. 5g ZA as catalyst, a non- toxic and uncolorable Glyzinc with excellent light stability can be achieved after 1. 5hr's reaction at 260℃。
