摘  要:本研究采用高分子凝胶法在聚乙烯醇基体上制备了ZnS微晶。常温下 ,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪及荧光分光光度计对样品进行了表征。结果表明 ,PVA膜中的微晶分布均匀 ,粒径大小为 0 .2~ 1μm。微晶具有明显的立方相结构 ,衍射峰有宽化现象。发现PL光谱的激发峰与发射峰都为双峰结构 ,发射最高峰在 4 4 0nm处 ,半高宽为 5 0nm左右。在紫外灯照射下 ,肉眼观看该薄膜样品 ,发出耀眼的蓝光。探讨了微晶在聚乙烯醇稳定剂中的形成机理 ,聚乙烯醇在体系中起着包覆。Zinc sulfide microcrystals have been successfully synthesized by high polymer gel method in poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) polymer matrix.The samples have been characterized by X ray diffractometer,photo microscope and photoluminescence spectrometer at room temperature.The results show that the diameters of ZnS microcrystals obtained are about 0.2? ?μm,and these particles are well distributed in PVA matrix.The X ray diffraction demonstrates that the ZnS microcrystals have a cubic structure,and the widening diffraction peaks are observed. PL spectra show that the highest peak is at 440nm and the half width is about 50nm.Both excitation peaks and emission peaks have double peaks.The film sample emits brilliant blue light under ultraviolet light by naked eyes.A possible growth mechanism of the ZnS microcrystals in a PVA film has been discussed.PVA matrix acts as a stable,capping,surface modified agent.
