摘  要:目的 :介绍一种新技术 L EJ- 1全方向 M型超声心动图仪能在 36 0度范围内任意取样 ,使得在一个超声切面上能同时同步记录下心脏内任意结构含 5秒或以上时间的多个心动周期的 M型超声图像。方法 :应用该技术对 30例正常人及 14例陈旧心肌梗塞患者进行分析。结果 :发现在正常人同一水平心室壁各节段间收缩期增厚率差别不明显 ,而在心肌梗塞患者中受累节段增厚率减低为 2~ 30 % ,且室壁增厚率较未受累节段相差均非常显著。结论 :全方向Objective:A new technique omnirange M mode echocardiography i,e 360° available M mode technique was used to synchronistically record M mode motion curve of any structure in heart.Methods:The thickness change of the ventricular wall segments in 30 normal subjects and 14 old myocardial infarction(OMI)patients were analysed with this technique.Results:In the normal group,there was no difference of ventricular fractions among the segment of the same level.In the OMI,48 abnormal segments were detected with thickening fraction of 2 30%,the average thickening fraction in the abnormal segments was much more smaller than that of the noninvolved segments of the same level(6 75±5 39%,63 43±5 73%, P <0 01).Conclusions:Overcoming the angle limited and non synchronic shortcoming,this new omnirange M mode technique is more helpful to appraise motion of all structure in heart and can give more quantitative information of motion.
