摘　　要：目的 :研究阴道 B超介入早期选择性减胎术治疗多胎妊娠方法的可靠性、安全性及其对妊娠的影响。方法与结果 :阴道 B超引导穿刺 ,少量氯化钾溶液胚囊注射治疗早期多胎妊娠 12例 ,手术成功率 10 0 % ,流产率8.3%。结论 :阴道 B超介入早期选择性减胎术治疗多胎妊娠方法简便、安全有效 。Objective:To study the reliability,safety and subsequent effect of early selective embryo reduction intervention through vagina to treat multi embryo pregnancy guided by B ultrasound.Methods:Twelve patients with multi embryo pregnancy were administrated with a few amount of potassium chloride solution through vagina puncture guided by B ultrasound.Results:The successful puncture rate was 100%,but the abortive rate was only 8 3%.Conclusions:Early selective embryo reduction intervention through vagina guided by B ultrasound is a convenient,safe and reliable method.Therefore,it ought to be wide spread used for clinical treatment.
