摘　　要：介绍细丝埋弧焊坡口打底焊的工艺方法、工艺评定及在芜湖长江大桥箱型斜杆坡口打底焊中的应用情况 ,提出了坡口打底焊焊接方法的选择依据和工艺原理 。This paper introduces the process method and process evaluation of groove back welding of the thin wire SAW as well as its application in the groove back welding of the box diagonal members of the main span girders of the Wuhu Bridge The choosing reasons and the process fundamentals are given and a new path of the groove back welding is also pointed out
