中国资本外逃与外国直接投资关系的实证分析:1984～1997

摘　　要：分别采用相关分析、因子分析和因果分析三种计量分析方法 ,验证了中国资本外逃与外国直接投资之间的关系。研究表明 ,中国资本外逃与外国直接投资之间存在着显著性很强的正相关关系 ,并且是互为因果关系 ,说明了驱动中国资本外逃的主要因素不是投资环境恶化 ,中国资本外逃在很大程度上是由于对内资和外资采取的差别政策待遇引起的。据此 。In the paper are employed three econometric analytic methods, that is, the correlation, factor and casual analyses to investigate the relationship between domestic capital flight and foreign investment in China. The research results indicate that there is a positive correlation with very strong significance between them, and a relation of mutual casualty as well. This manifests that the main driving factor to cause the domestic capital flight from home does not consist in the worsening of the investment environment, but in a large degree stems from the discriminatory policies between domestic capital and foreign capital. Based on the above viewpoints, some policy enlightenments are presented correspondingly.
