对“中国特色”的思考

摘　　要：“中国特色”是邓小平理论的一个重要概念 ,不仅包含着中国社会主义建设的整体“特色” ,还包含着“地方特色”、“部门特色”以及各工作单位的“特色”。因此 ,建设有中国特色的社会主义不仅要求从整体上把握中国国情 ,还要求从本地区、本部门、本工作单位的实际出发 ,创造性地开展工作。正确理解“中国特色” ,是解放思想、实事求是 ,反对教条主义和形式主义的有力思想武器。The Chinese Characteristic, an important idea in DENG Xao-ping's theory, not only refers to the integrated characteristics of the Chinese socialist construction, but to local features, department features and various work unit features as well. Therefore to build socialism with Chinese characteristics requires not only an understanding of the entire situation in China, but creative work based on actual conditions. A correct understanding of the Chinese characteristics is a powerful weapon for mental emancipation, going about things based on actual conditions and opposing dogmatism.
