摘　　要：洪氏集团是由以洪秀全为核心的洪氏兄弟、以及依附于他们的一些人组成。李秀成与洪氏集团的矛盾冲突虽非由来已久 ,但随着都城天京被围 ,形势日趋吃紧 ,冲突步步升级。由于双方的忍让、克制 ,尤其是李秀成顾大局、识大体 ,终未酿成大的变故 ,但却严重挫伤了太平军的士气 。The HONG group consists of the HONG brothers with HONG Xiu quan as the core of leadership and the people attaching themselves to them.The contradictions between LI Xiu cheng and the HONG group were not long standing,but they became increasingly fierce with their capital Tianjing surrounded and the situation more critical, which seriously affected the morale of the Taiping Troops and reduced their whole fighting force although both sides exercised forbearance and restraint,especially LI Xiu cheng took the interests of the whole into account and the result was not serious.
