摘　　要：随着互联网络的迅速发展和广泛应用,网络信息的安全问题日益成为人们关注的新问题。为保证网络信息安全使用,应采用技术保护手段、管理保护手段与法律保护手段相结合的方式防范有害信息的侵入,使之真正达到网络信息的资源共享。Intrnet has developed rapidly and been wideby put into wse,but the security issue of web information is increasingly appealing to the public. For the purpose of securing web information, technolegical means and management means should be combined with legal means to keep out of harmfnl information and thus realize the sharing of resources.
