摘　　要：在 10kg真空感应炉中 ,用氧化钐作原料与金属镧 (屑状或小块状 )反应得到金属钐 .主要就反应温度、金属镧的粒度、冷器的形状及材质进行探索 ,以获得最佳的试验条件 ,为金属钐规模化生产提供可行的方法 .In the 10-kilo vacuam induction furnace,Sm is oxidized to react with metal La (in scraps or lumps) to form metal-Sm.This article is to probe into the reaction temperature,the sizes of metal La,the shape and material quality of condenser to get the best experiment conditions,which will provide a feasible method for the large-scale production of metal Sm.
