摘　　要：研究了以富马酸和甲醇为原料 ,自制固载杂多酸为催化剂 ,采用催化精馏技术合成富马酸二甲酯的新工艺 .确定了较佳的工艺操作条件 :醇酸摩尔比为 7∶1 ;酯化反应温度为 :67℃～ 78℃ ;反应时间≤ 6h ;产品收率大于 92 % .A new synthesis technology of dimethyl fumarate is studied in this article.It used fumarate and methanel,self-prepared fixed-carried heteropoly acid as catalyst.The reaction-distillation is taken in the following:ratio of alcohol and acid is about 7∶1;estericification temperature is about 67 ℃～78 ℃;reaction time≤6 h;yield of product is up to 92%.
