摘　　要：本文建立蔬菜中多种氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂残留分析方法。样品以丙酮、二氯甲烷混合溶剂提取 ,以活性炭/Celite545柱净化 ,以高效液相色谱柱后衍生系统、荧光检测器检测。方法最低检出浓度1～2μg/kg,添加回收率70%～111.1% ,相对标准偏差2.02%～12.09%。A rapid and efficient method was developed for detecting carbamate insecticide residues in vegetables. Residues were extracted with mixture of acetone and dichlormathane, removed with charcol/Celite545 column, detected with HPLC post column direvatization system, fluoresense detector. Recovery ranged fron 70.0%～111.1%. Limit of determination ranged from 1～2μg/kg. RSD ranged 2.02%～12.09%.
