二甲硝咪唑对鸡离体外周血淋巴细胞的作用

摘　　要：报道了咪唑类化合物二甲硝咪唑对离体鸡外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)增殖及伴刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)诱导细胞 (CIC)活性的作用 ,并与同类化合物左旋咪唑进行了比较 :二甲硝咪唑明显促进鸡PBL的增殖 ;二甲硝咪唑与ConA对促进鸡PBL增殖呈现协同作用 ;二甲硝咪唑对脂多糖 (LPS)激活鸡PBL具有明显促增殖作用 ;二甲硝咪唑可逆转磷酸组胺 (HT)对ConA激活鸡PBL增殖的抑制作用 ;二甲硝咪唑可逆转肾上腺素对ConA和LPS激活鸡PBL增殖的抑制作用 ;二甲硝咪唑不能逆转氢化可的松对ConA激活鸡PBL增殖的抑制作用 ,但可逆转氢化可的松对LPS激活鸡PBL增殖的抑制作用 ;二甲硝咪唑可促进CD+ 4 细胞增殖 ,抑制CD+ 8细胞增殖 ,使CD+ 4 /CD+ 8细胞比值升高 ,CIC活性增强。与二甲硝咪唑比较 。In vitro effects of dimetridazole on chick peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBL) blastogenesis and ConA-induced cell (CIC) activities were reported and compared with levamisole. The results indicated that dimetridazole increased PBL proliferation in a dose-independent manner. Dimetridazole increased the mitogenic response to ConA and LPS. Dimetridazole reversed the suppression response of histamine(HT) on the proliferation of PBL to ConA. Dimetridazole antagonized the mitogenic inhibition of epinephrine on ConA- or LPS-stimulated PBL. Dimetridazole eliminated the blastogenic suppression of hydrocortisone on LPS-agonized PBL, but did not block its inhibition on mitogenic response to ConA. Dimetridazole increased the proliferation of CD 4 + lymphocyte, decreased the blastogenesis of CD 8 + lymphocyte, increased CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratio, and enhanced CIC positive activities on the proliferation response of lymphocyte to ConA. Levamisole had very similar effects as dimetridazole has.
