净球散对球虫病雏鸡部分血液指标的影响  

AN EFFECT OF JINGQIUSAN ON SOME BLOOD INDEXES IN CHICKEN WITH COCCIDIOSIS

摘　　要：以120只15日龄AA肉仔鸡为试验对象,研究人工感染球虫卵囊后,净球散对球虫病雏鸡部分血液指标变化的影响及其机制。结果表明:净球散对正常雏鸡红细胞数、白细胞总数、血红蛋白含量、白蛋白和血糖浓度的影响与对照组比较,差异不显著(p>0.05);应用净球散的球虫感染雏鸡的血液指标与感染对照雏鸡比较,红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、白蛋白和血糖的浓度显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),白细胞总数显著降低(P<0.01)。所以净球散可对抗球虫使感染雏鸡的红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、白蛋白和血糖浓度降低和白细胞总数升高的作用,其机制是药物杀灭球虫卵囊或抑制球虫卵囊在肠粘膜上的生长繁殖,而不是药物能促进雏鸡血液指标的改变。AA breed of 15-day-old broilers(n=120) are used to investigate the effect and its mechanism of JingQiuSan(JQS) on some blood indexes in chickens with coccidiosis, after they are artificially inoculated by Eimeria tenella. The results indicate that the effect of JQS on total number of RBC and WBC, and concentration of hemoglobin, albumin and serum glucose in healthy chickens is not significant as compared with control group (p>0.05), but indexes which mentioned above in inoculated chickens with JQS increase significantly (p<0.01 or p<0.05), as compared with inoculated group, except the significant decrease of total number of WBC (p<0.01). So JQS may inhibit the rise of the number of RBC and concentration of albumin, hemoglobin and glucose, and the lower of total number of WBC caused by coccidia oocysts in inoculated chickens. It is related with the mechanism by which JQS kill coccidia oocysts or inhibit the growth and reproduction of coccidia oocysts in intestinal mucus, not with which the drug can accelerate the change of some blood indexes in chicken.
