摘  要:实验室人工模拟条件下成功地进行了荒川库蠓的饲养和繁殖。荒川库蠓吸鸡血的饱血时间为 10min ,饱血率为 88 4 6% ,饱血库蠓饲养 3d后产卵 ,产卵率为 69 5 6%。产卵后第 2天开始孵化 ,一般在 2 4h内孵化结束 ,孵化率为 76 75 %。幼虫先后蜕皮 3次 ,共分 4龄幼虫 ,1~ 4龄幼虫的体长分别为 :0 3~ 1 12mm ,1 12~ 3 0 2mm ,3 0 2~ 4 5 5mm和 4 5 5~ 5 90mm ,其幼虫期分别为 7、4、4和 5d。 4龄幼虫化蛹 2~ 3d后即羽化为成蠓 ,羽化率为 81 82 % ,不同温度条件对卵到成蠓的发育影响较大 ,2Rearing and multiplication of Culicoides arakawae was carried out successfully in laboratory.Ten minutes was long enough to suck chicken for C.arakawae ,and twenty three of twenty six(88 46%)midges sucked chickens.Then the midges laid eggs on the third day after sucking,and sixteen of twenty three(69 56%)midges laid eggs.Eggs began to hatch on the second day after laying,and completed hatching during twenty four hours.Eventually thirty three of forty three(76 75%)eggs grew into larvae.The lengths of first to fourth instar larvae were 0 3 1 12mm,1 12 3 02mm,3 02 4 55mm and 4 55 5 90mm,and the development time of them were 7,4,4 and 5 days respectively.The adult midges emerged on the second to third day after the forth instar larvae grew into pupae,and eighteen of twenty two(81 82%)pupae grew into adult midges.It was found that temperature had effect on the development of eggs to adult midges and it was suitable for C.arakawae to develop at 26℃.
