摘 要:从指标各自的特点、评价结果的一致性、其它指标、试验总体结果和发展趋势五个方面 ,分别对上海地区鸡球虫进行抗药性监测时采用的笼饲试验的 4项判定指标进行了评述 ,认为在当前条件下 ,用抗球虫指数 (ACI)、病变记分减少率 (RL S)、相对卵囊产量 (ROP)、最适抗球虫活性百分率 (POAA ) 4项指标来综合评定球虫抗药性的方法是有效的、可靠的。比较而言 ,ROP、RL S的错判率较高 ,RL S的漏判率较高 ;POAA错、漏判率均较低 ,优于ROP、RL S。而 ACI错、漏判率均最低 。The veracity of four determinant index of battery trials for drug resistance in field isolates of coccidia from chickens in Shanghai, anticoccidial index (ACI), reduction of lesion scores (RLS), relative oocyst production (ROP), parameters of optimum anticoccidal activity (POAA), were evaluated from character of every index, coherence of evaluation results, other indexes, collectivity results of experiments, direction of development, respectively. The results revealed that it was effective and credible to determine drug resistance in coccidia from chickens synthetically using the four indexes. ROP and RLS had higher rate of fault determination and omit determination than POAA. ACI has the lowest fault determination and omit determination than others. RLS has the highest omit determination than others.
