体外无创性心脏起搏的临床应用

摘　　要：目的　总结 13例经体外无创性心脏起搏 (ENCP)经验。方法　选择心脏停搏的患者 ,在胸前壁的心尖部和心底部使用无创性心脏大起搏电极和体外心脏起搏仪起搏心脏 ,恢复心跳和血液循环。使用固定起搏。结果　 9例临床有效 (有效率 69.1% ) ,复苏 6例 (复苏率 46.1% ) ;复苏病例中起搏开始时间均 <3min,起搏电流在45～ 10 0 (70 .83± 2 4.17) m A;有心前区跳动感 ,胸壁肌肉刺痛、收缩等不良反应。结论　 ENCP可用于抢救心脏停搏者 。Objective To sum up the experience of noninvasive external cardiac pacing(NECP) in 13 patients with serious arrhythmia.Methods On the front thoracic wall of heart apex and base noninvasive external cardiac big pacing electrode and external cardiac pacing equipment were performed for patients with cardiac arrest.The heart beat and circulation of blood were resumed,and fixing pacing was applied.Results Clinic efficiency was founded in 9 cases(effective rate 69.1 %)and resuscitation of heart occured in 6 cases(46.1%).The adverse reactions included subsultus sense in precardium and stabbing pain,contraction in thoracic wall muscle.Conclusion NECP may be used to salvage the patient with cardiac arrest.It is valuable clinically for cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
