摘　　要：目的　分析冠心病介入治疗的临床价值。方法　从 1998年 2月～ 2 0 0 0年 7月 ,共有 30例患者 (男18例 ,女 12例 ) ,造影显示冠状动脉狭窄程度均≥ 5 0 % ,2例单纯行球囊扩张术 ,2 8例行冠脉支架术。结果　 42枚支架植入 2 8例患者中 ,支架全部置入成功 ,1例左主干病变直接支架置入成功。 44支相关冠脉再通成功 ,成功率84.69%。术后冠脉造影显示管腔扩张满意。随访 1～ 2 8个月 ,心绞痛症状较术前明显减轻或消失 ,未发生并发症 ,1例术后 3月发生猝死。结论　由于支架的应用 ,扩大了 PTCA的适应症 ,减少了 PTCA的并发症。选择性左主干病变直接置入支架 ,安全 ,有效 。Objective To analyze the clinical value of the interventional technique in the treatment of coronary heart diseases.Methods From February 1998 to July 2000,the coronary angiography was performed in 30 patients with coronary heart disease (18 male,12 female).The stenotic degree of coronary artery in all patients was≥50%.The patients were treated with balloon angioplasty in 2 cases and coronary stent implantation in 28 cases.Results Fourty two coronary stents were implanted in 28 patients successfully.The left main coronary artery was successfully directly implanted with stent.Forty four out of 52 related arteries were successfully recanalized with a success rate of 84.69%.Immediately after the procedure,satisfactory angiographic results were obtained.After follow up for 1～28 months,angina pectoris was relieved or disappeared in all cases.No major complications occurred except 1 case of sudden death occurred 3 months after operation.Conclusion Intracoronary stent expands the indications and decreases the complications of PTCA.Direct implantation of stent in the selected left main coronary stenoses is saft,effective and technically feasible.
