九种报春花属植物的核形态学研究

摘　　要：对报春花属 (Primula) 4个组 9种植物进行了核形态学研究。这 9个种的间期核构形均为复杂染色中心型 ,前期染色体属于中间型 ,体细胞有丝分裂中期染色体的数目及核型如下 :中甸海水仙报春P .monticola (Hand . -Mazz.)ChenetC .M .Hu,K (2n) =1 6 =1 2m +4sm ;高穗花报春P .vialiiDelavayexFranch.,K (2n) =2 0 =1 6m +2sm +2st;偏花报春P .secundifloraFranch.,K (2n) =2 2 =1 8m +4sm ;海仙花报春P .poissoniiFanch .,K (2n) =2 2 =1 6m +6sm ;霞红灯台报春P .beesianaForr.,K (2n) =2 2 =1 8m +4sm ;桔红灯台报春P .bulleyanaForr.,K (2n) =2 2 =1 8m +4sm ;橙红灯台报春P .aurantiacaW .W .SmithetForr.,K (2n) =2 2 =1 6m (sat) +6sm ;粉被灯台报春P .pulverulentaDuthie,K (2n) =2 2 =1 9m +2sm +1st;钟花报春P .sikkimensisHook .,K (2n) =2 0 =1 4m (1sat) +4sm +2T。其中 ,中甸海水仙报春和高穗花报春两种的染色体数目及核型为首次报道。同时 。In this present paper, karyomorphologically studies were carried out on nine species within four sections of the genus Primula. The interphase nuclei and prophase chromosomes of these species were observed to be the complex chromocenter type and the interstitial type respectively according to Tanaka′s catalogue. The numbers and karyotypes of metaphase chromosomes were formulated to be 2n=16=12m+4sm for P. monticola (Hand.-Mazz.) Chen et C. M. Hu, 2n=20=16m+2sm+2st for P. vialii Delavay ex Franch., 2n=22=18m+4sm for P. secundiflora Franch., 2n=22=16m+6sm for P. poissonii Franch., 2n=22=18m+4sm for P. beesiana Forr., 2n=22=18m+4sm for P. bulleyana Forr., 2n=22=19m+2sm+1st for P. pulverulenta Duthie, 2n=22=16m(1sat)+6sm for P. aurantiaca W. W. Smith et Forr., and 2n=20=14m(1sat)+4sm+2T for P. sikkimensis Hook.. The karyomorphology of two species, P. monticola and P. vialii, were reported here for the first time. P. secundiflora was cytologically compared with the species in Section Proliferae and Section Sikkimensis.
