苏云金杆菌4.0718菌株杀虫晶体性质的研究

摘　　要：研究了苏云金杆菌 4.0 71 8菌株晶体的分离及其在电镜下的形态结构 ,并通过 SDS-PAGE对其杀虫晶体蛋白进行了分析 ,证明了 4.0 71 8菌株晶体有立方体型和双金字塔型两种 ,分别由原毒素 Cry 及 Cry 组成 ,该菌对鳞翅目和双翅目昆虫均有毒杀作用 .The separation of crystals from Bacillus thuringiensis strain 4.071 8 and its morphology under electronmicroscope were studied,and its insecticidal crystal proteins were analyzed by SDS PAGE,The shape of two kinds of crystals from strain 4.071 8 are cubic and bipyramidal,and the crystal is proved to be made up of CryⅠ and Cry Ⅱ protoxin.The strain is toxic to insects of Lepidoptera and Diptera.
