三效热原灭活剂加入洗洁精效果观察

摘　　要：采用三效热原灭活剂加含有表面活性剂成分的洗洁精，以解决消毒和灭菌后玻璃注射器内壁残留白色结晶问题。方法为取三效热原灭活剂与加入洗洁精的三效热原灭活剂分别浸泡消毒玻璃注射器各４０付，灭菌后各抽取４付玻璃注射器，共抽样２０批。经清晰度对比、鲎试剂监测细菌内毒素及生物细菌培养结果，其合格率分别为５％与９５％。认为三效热原灭活剂中加入洗洁精后不仅增加了玻璃注射器的光亮度，而且在消毒灭菌中收到良好的效果。White crystal residue on the internal walls of glass syringes after disinfection and steril-ization remains to be a problem. To solve this problem, we submerged 40 syringes in tri-effective pyretogen inactivator and another 40 in tri-effective pyretogen inactivator plus a commonly used detergent for comparison. The qualification rate in terms of clarity and bacterial culture was 5% for the former and 95% for the latter, indicating that use of tri-effective pyretogen inactivator with a detergent offered better clarity and sterilization effect.
