摘　　要：目的　探求HBV相关肾炎准确、简便的诊断方法。方法　应用染色法对 49例肾小球疾病患者进行尿病毒包涵体检测。结果　尿病毒包涵体与血清HBV抗原及肾组织HBsAg沉积检测有一致性。Objective To explore the accurate and simple diagnostic method for HBV associated with glomerulonephritis. Methods In 49 patients with glomerulopathy, uric viral inclusion bodies were observed by staining.Results The value of detection of uric viral inclusion bodies was identical with that of serum HBV antigen and HBsAg in nephridial tissue. Conclusion The method may provide diagnostic basis for glomerulonephritis related to HBV.
