摘　　要：目的　建立安瘤乳口服液含量测定的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法　C18柱 ,以甲醇 水 (10∶90 )为流动相 ,流速 1 0ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 6 5nm。结果　在 5 0～ 10 0mg·L-1浓度范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,r =0 9999,平均回收率为 10 0 0 % ,RSD为 1 0 % (n =5 )。结论　本方法快速 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 。AIM To establish a RP HPLC method for anliuru oral solution. METHODS C 18 column with the modile phase consisted of methanol and water (10∶90), Flow rate was 1 0 ml·min -1 , detection was at 265 nm. RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 5 0～100 mg·L -1 ( r= 0 9999),the average recovery was 100 0%( n= 5),RSD=1 0%. CONCLUSIONS The established method is rapid, accurate and reliable. This method is significant for the quality control of anliuru oral solution.
