摘  要:目的 测定酸氧化电位水消毒液对细菌芽胞的杀灭效果和对HBsAg抗原性的破坏作用,了解该消毒液用于医疗器械消毒时的使用剂量。方法 采用载体流动浸泡定量杀菌试验、载体浸泡定性HBsAg抗原性的破坏试验和医疗器械模拟现场消毒试验,分别测定酸氧化电位水消毒液对细菌芽胞的杀灭效果、HBsAg抗原性的破坏作用和使用消毒效果。结果 酸氧化电位水消毒液在氧化还原电位值(1150±50)mV、pH值2.2±0.2和有效氧含量(55±10)mg/L时,流动浸泡作用15 min可杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞达消毒要求,载体浸泡作用10 min可破坏HBsAg的抗原性,连续流动浸泡消毒45 min,对干燥于医疗器械表面的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率可达99.90%以上。Objective To measure sporicidal and HBsAg destructive efficacy of the oxidizing acidic water with high redox potential. Methods In order to know its bactericidal efficacy, carrier flux immersion quantitative bactericidal test、carrier immersion quantitative bactericidal test and medical instrument field disinfection test.Results When high redox potential oxiding acidic water produced by electrolysis of 0.5% aqueous solution of sodium chloride was (1150 ± 10) mV、 pH value was 2.2 ± 0.2 and available chlorine was (55 ± 10) mg/L, the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on the cloth strops could reach more than 99.9% for 15 min through carrier fluxing immersion test.It could also kill more than 99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger for 45 min through carrier fluxing immersion test on surface of medical instrument. It could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg for 10 min through carrier immersion test on surface of glass slide. Its sporicidal efficacy increased with increasing contact time.
