摘　　要：为探讨新世纪临床基础研究工作的有关问题 ,本文阐述了临床基础研究工作的重要性和必要性 ,以及基础研究需要处理好的问题和关系。临床基础研究滞后是临床诊治水平难以提高的“瓶颈”。充分认识临床基础研究的重要性 ,根据医院的特点 ,有针对性地加强临床基础研究 ,有利于解决临床疑难问题 ,实现临床诊治技术的突破。To probe into the some problems of the clinical basic research in new century, it is expounded in this article that the essentiality and necessity of the on the clinical basic research, and some problems and relations are processed good on the clinical basic research. The lag of the clinical basic research is the 'bottleneck' of advancing the level of the clinical diagnosis and treatment. The essentiality of the clinical basic research is known full, according to the characteristic of the hospital, the clinical basic research is strengthened pertinencely, the clinical knotty problems are solved profitably, the breach of the clinical diagnosis and treatment technology is realized.
