摘　　要：为探讨影响因子在评价科技成果及科技期刊中的作用 ,本文阐述了我国医学期刊影响因子的现状 ,我国医学期刊的影响因子和国际上的差距 ;影响因子在评价科技期刊中的作用。最后 。To inquire into the action of the interferential factor in evaluating the fruit of the scientific technology and periodicals, it is expounded in this article that the actuality of the interferential factor of the medical periodicals in our country, the difference of the interferential factor of the medical periodicals in our country and the internationl; the action of the interferential factor in evaluating the periodicals. Finally, some opinion should be put forward on improving the interferential factor of the medical periodicals in our country.
