瘤型麻风血清锌水平的测定观察

摘　　要：本文用火焰原子吸收分光光度法检测了78例瘤型麻风病人(BL31例,LL36例,未治L11例)及24名健康对照的血清锌水平。结果各组病人血清锌均低于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01)。作者提出瘤型麻风体内锌量的不足可能是其免疫功能障碍的一种因素。Abstract: The serum zinc contents were measured by flame atomic absor- ption spectrophotometry in lepromatous leprosy patients (total 78 cases, untr- cated 11 cases, treated 67 cases: BL 31 and LL 36 with Dapson-RFP for about several years)and 24 healthy persons. Significant difference were observed between the leprosy, patient groups and healthy control group (p<0.01 for BL, LL and untreated ones). The author suggested that the hypozincemia could be one factor of suppress ion of immunity in lepromatous leprosy patients
