琥珀胆碱单次静注用于肩(髋)关节脱位复位的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨琥珀胆碱单次静注在单纯性肩 (髋 )关节脱位徒手复位的可行性及安全性。方法 :将 34例病人随机分成单纯琥珀胆碱组 (A组 ,n =18)和琥珀胆碱 +异丙酚组 (B组 ,n =16 ) ,并将两组进行比较。A组琥珀胆碱剂量 1 0～1 5mg kg-1,B组等量琥珀胆碱 +睡眠剂量异丙酚。观察肌松情况、生命征变化、复位效果、苏醒时间及不良反应。结果 :全部病例均一次复位成功 ,麻醉经过平稳 ,无明显不良反应 ,A组和B组各有优缺点。结论 :琥珀胆碱单次静注用于单纯性肩 (髋 )关节脱位徒手复位 ,只要加强呼吸管理 ,不失为一种较理想的麻醉方法。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of closed reductions in patients with pure dislocations of hip and shoulder joint after one infravenons injection of succinolin Methods:Thirty-fonr patients were randonaly divided into two groups:group A (18 patients) and group B (16 paients) In group A succinolin 1 0～1 5mg·kg -1 was once injected intravenously In group B the same dose of succinolin and the hypnotic dose of propofol were administered intravenously Muscular relaxation,the officacy of reductionby hand,recovery time of consciousness and aderverse reactions were observed,and temperature,pulse respiration and blood pressure were also monitored Results:All the patients succeeded in one closed reduetion There is no aderverse effects in the duration of anesthesia,group A and group B have an advantage each other Conclusion:Closed reductions of hip and shoulder joint dislocations with one intravenous injection of succinolin is a more ideal anesthetic method if respirative administration is enforced \;
