摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎 ,因病程长 ,反复发作 ,临床多表现为中焦和脾肾阳虚 ,肝脾失调 ,邪滞肠道。运用温中涩肠 ,调肝理脾 ,温肾固涩的中医中药治疗 ,有较好疗效。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic and recurrent disease.The clinic main manifestations are yang deficiency of the middle-jiao and the spleen-kidney,disharmony of the liver-spleen,and pathogen stagnation in the intestines.Using the therapies of TCM to treat ulcerative colitis,such as warming the middle-jiao and astringing the intestines,harmonizing the liver-spleen,warming the kidney to induce astringency,we get a good result.
