摘  要:为了验证和完善培育全雌鲻鱼的技术路线 ,我们在首次培育试验成功的基础上 ,通过调整用药剂量和增加试验鱼数量 ,进行第二次培育试验 .试验选用体长 2 .8~3.5cm、性别未分化的鲻鱼苗 ,分为三组 .高剂量组和低剂量组分别投喂拌有不同剂量 1 7β 雌二醇的饲料 ,持续 6个月 ,对照组则投喂不含药物的饲料 .结果显示 ,高剂量组鲻鱼全部分化为雌性 ,低剂量组雌性率达 90 % ,对照组雌性率仅为 1 0 % .与第一次试验结果相比较 ,我们认为 ,全雌鲻鱼培育的技术路线更为成熟和合理 。In order to verify and perfect the all female cultivation technique, the second time all female cultivation of juvenile grey mullets was carried out with adjustment of drug dosage and increment of fish number on the basis of the successful all female cultivation in the first time. Juvenile mullets (body length=3~4cm) with sex undifferentiation were used and divided into three groups. The high dose group and low dose group were fed for six months with a commercial diet containing drug of different dosage, respectively, and the control group were fed without drug. The experimental results showed that the female ratio of high dose group was 100%. And that for low dose group was 90%, for control group only 10%. Compared with the first time experimental results, we suggest that the all female cultivation technique has come to maturity and reasonability, and thus can provide reliable technical guarantee for future application.
