摘　　要：摘要:黑龙江省资源丰富,土地广袤而肥沃,是一块令人神往的好地方。从土地开发的历史土地利用的现状,土地资源的优势,本文分析了土地开发中存在的问题,全面深入地提出了土地整治对策。Heilongjiang Province is an attractive place with vast areas of rich fields and plenty of resources.Considering the history of land exploitation,the present situ ation of land utilization and the advantage of land resource of the provin ce,this paper analyzes the problems in land exploitation and puts forward a complete countermeasur e for land improvement.
