摘　　要：从资源可持续发展理论、经济周期波动理论和系统动力学理论,阐述和探讨预警问题产生的历史渊源和我国预警工作的发展;我国国土资源预警预报分析的思路以及我国国土资源预警预报研究的内容和方法,并对目前我国国土资源预警预报工作提出了相关的建议。This paper discusses the origin of early warning,the development of early warning in China,the train of thought in warning and forecast analysis of China' s land and resources,and the content and methods of China' s land and resources early warning an d forecast.Suggestions are also put f orward in the paper.
